-compare money values
-add/subtract amounts of money written with a dollar sign and decimal place
-determine the amount of money needed to purchase an item
-solve a multi-step word problem and interpret its solution
-determine the amount of change after a purchase by counting on
The greatest thing you can do to help your child in math this year is to drill math facts with them. We will cover all four operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
