Math Movers 3-Digit Addtion Game

Your students will have a blast playing this fun game for math review. This is an entire class activity where they move around the room quietly to solve all sixteen math problems. All of the problems in this set include adding 3-digit numbers with regrouping. You can use this as a formative assessment to see what your students know or just for review. This game is labeled 3rd, but would be good for higher 2nd, and lower 4th as well.

I used this in my third grade classroom and the kids loved it. Instead of giving them the answer sheet, I gave them a whiteboard to challenge each others answers if they disagreed. Only if they still disagreed did I settle the disagreement with an answer. Also, our class is very competitive, so I kept track of the time as they finished with all 16 problems. They were all excited to get finished before others, and have their time shown on the board. I can imagine using the format for addition, subtraction and more. Great game!
