Teachers Treasure Name Picker

      This flipchart is a great way to call on your students. Pull their names from out of the treasure chest to come to the board, or complete tasks in your classroom. You could also use it as an attendance taker and leave their names out of the chest. When a student comes in, they drag their name into the chest. You can then easily take attendance.       After this 39 page lesson, your students will be able to correctly identify whether a particular event is impossible, likely, unlikely, or certain. They will be able to identify the probability of rolling any one number on a die, and the probability of getting heads or tails on a coin.       This Smart Notebook file is an excellent introduction to Perimeter. This lesson features a great website link for additional practice, a great story line, Smart Response Voting assessment, and fun interactive activity containers with sounds.
